The missing link in most Christian communities is community. Here are the big 3 ways you can get connected at Elevation.

1. Come to AfterHours

   Every week after Elevation worship services end, our Lead Pastor Chuckk Gerwig, Worship Leader Omar Spence, and other Elevators, go out on the town ('cause our town rocks)!

   We'll be chillin' with anyone and everyone who wants a bite to eat, something to drink, wants to find out how to get involved at Elevation, or wants to get to know others in our Elevation community. Maybe you would like to discuss the sermon, or wonder what we believe, or why we do what we do. AfterHours is your place to ask questions, make comments, give us input, and, more that that, make some friends.

   Most AfterHours shindigs will happen out on the town so we can comfortably invite others into the fun and where not yet Christian folks can observe Christians having a great time together.

   Live a little, laugh more, come explore Elevation as community--come to AfterHours. Remember, getting your homework done or getting to work feeling fresh on Monday morning are both highly overrated!

2. Join a Life Group

   Life groups meet weekly in homes for the study God's Word, prayer, fun, and a place to get into caring relationships. Life Groups serve Santa Cruz missionally and are agents of compassion for the less reached and less loved. To find out more about being in a Life Group, contact Jenn.

3. Join in Ministry

   One way to get connected into community at Elevation is to serve the church by joining a ministry team. Elevation is looking for artists, musicians, greeters; audio and video tech folks; setup and tear down crew; ministry of the blessed bean (coffee); administrative volunteers; children's workers; and other ministry types to join us.
